The Client:

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, you will be leading and managing a team to deliver excellent care and support.
Responsibilities:
Conducting routine meetings, supervisions, and probationary reviews.
Implementing and adhering to the Statement of Purpose for the service.
Working in partnership with professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for young people.
Offering supervision and support to senior staff.
Attending childcare reviews and planning meetings.
Undertaking direct work with young people.
Developing systems for young people to provide feedback on care quality.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role.
Ideally have 1 year of experience as a Registered Children's Home Manager.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & management in a Residential Childcare setting.
Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
Background in leading and supervising a team.
Good grade in recent Ofsted Inspections.
Valid UK driving licence.
