BREEAM Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for an established BREEAM Assessor to join a growing Sustainability consultancy in the Greater Manchester area and work on a range of exciting BREEAM related projects.
Role responsibilities for a BREEAM assessor will be:
Taking the lead on managing and delivering projects independently
Work alongside other members of the team on their BREEAM projects
Provide advice to design engineers on BREEAM requirements
Build and develop new client relationships, helping the client secure new projects and opportunities.The ideal BREEAM Assessor will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience within a BREEAM Assessor or BREEAM related role
Educational background within an Environmental Science or Sustainability field
Proven track record of delivering on BREEAM projects throughout all stages of their lifecycle
A BREEAM Assessor qualification would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a client facing roleBenefits of the role include:
