The company
DataX Connect have partnered with a leading Irish contractor who are actively seeking a Lead Campus Planner to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in West London with a 5 year pipeline of work out there. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector.
The role
As the Lead Planner, you will play an active part in project management, facilitating the planning, scheduling and controlling processes on a Hyperscale data centre project in London.
Support in client negotiations, and manage/mentor a team of 3 planners on the project.
Measure and track weekly progress and efficiency with the site team and commercial team.
Could this role be for you?
7+ years Planning experience in the construction industry.
Experience on Data Centre / large infrastructure projects is essential.
3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or strong trades background along with technical ability.
P6 or Microsoft Projects or equivalent planning software experience.
Excellent report writing skills.
