We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants at our esteemed primary school in Leatherhead, Surrey. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the diverse needs of our students, including those within our Special Educational Needs (SEN) department.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, helping them to engage fully in classroom activities and achieve their academic goals.
Assist classroom teachers in implementing differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with SEN.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to classroom teachers to support ongoing assessment and evaluation.
Commutable to Leatherhead, Surrey

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, preferably within a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with students with diverse needs.
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training in SEN support.
MUST have the right to work in the UK and where needed have sponsorship in place.
Commutable to Leatherhead, Surrey
