Salary: £68,240 per annum
Length of Contract: Permanent
Our housing association client is recruiting for a new Head of Investment, Development & Partnership, where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping their mission to provide fantastic homes in the city of Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the assessment of our assets, driving sustainable growth aligned with our goals
* Spearhead efforts to achieve zero carbon emissions and meet strategic targets
* Manage the Investment, Development, and Partnerships team, fostering high performance and cultivating new opportunities
* Establish and maintain strong business relations with key stakeholders to enhance our social landlord partnerships
About You:
* Degree level education or relevant professional qualification/experience
* Experience in strategic asset management and a similar role within the sector
* Proven track record in investment, development, or related property fields
* Ability to think strategically and build strong partnerships
* Excellent people management and communication skills
