About the Team
As an Internal Communications Manager within the Global Client Experience organization, you will lead all internal strategic communications for the team’s more than 7,000 colleagues. The Global Client Experience organization consists of client care and support, onboarding services, client success and custom value-add services for the banking solutions line of business. 
What You Will Be Doing
Analyzes communications policies, procedures, and standards for efficiency and effectiveness based on the needs of the target audiences and select appropriate communications media.
Advises senior management on communications initiatives to support company objectives.
Portray and present the company in a favorable manner to various levels of press and industry personnel.
Communicate company philosophy, policy and marketing strategy to employees and outside resources.
Consults with internal and external clients to develop appropriate communications solutions and utilizes communications methods and techniques to develop strategic approaches to meet client objectives.
Develops and manages the execution of strategic plans and the implementation of communications tactics.
Manages the development, production and implementation of internal and external communications and identifies appropriate communications vehicles, e.g., bulletins, magazines, videos.
Directs the development of communications vehicles, e.g., advertising, public relations, new releases, press conferences, feature stories, news-media interviews, magazines, newsletters, bulletins, management briefs, videos, brochures, direct mail, slide presentations, special events, marketing booklets, trade shows, verbal and written presentations.
Coordinates projects and oversees all phases of production, e.g., planning, writing, producing with internal/external vendors, e.g., advertising agencies, freelance writers, video production companies. May negotiate contracts with vendor management to support communications needs, objectives, budget and time frames.
Manages and/or writes, edits and produces communication materials as necessary while ensuring quality standards are met.
Coaches company representatives to maximize the effectiveness of their presentations to the news media and other audiences.
Performs staff leadership role and promotes motivation through effective management and mentoring.
Establishes department financial goals and objectives and ensures all objectives and expectations are met.
What You Bring
People Mgmt. Experience is a Must
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. (5+ years)
Proficiency in communication practices and techniques.
Knowledge of the production requirements for printed material, television and/or radio advertising.
Knowledge of project management methods and techniques.
