Offboarding Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting an Offboarding Advisor to join our client, a telecoms and technology company, they are a trusted supplier to thousands of businesses across the UK.
This role will be to liaise with customers who want to cancel their services with the business, your role will be to ensure the termination of the contract has been completed thoroughly and/or try to retain the customer and their business.
The salary is £23,500 per annum and is located in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities of an Offboarding Advisor:
* Managing requests from customers and other internal departments
* Calculating any early termination fees using an internal database, advising customers of the contractual obligations of ceasing service
* Liaising with third-party suppliers to agree on termination dates of service
* Advising third-party suppliers to stop services billed to the business to ensure revenue protection
* Ensuring that termination of services takes place on the agreed date
Key Skills and Experience of an Offboarding Advisor:
* Previous customer service experience preferably from a call centre environment is advantageous
* A customer-focused attitude with a strong 'can do' approach is required
* You should be a team player with the ability to work with people of all working styles
* Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels is required
* You should have a good understanding of web browsers with the ability to understand IT technical terminology
