Join Our Team as Regional Manager in Central Florida!

Salary: Starting at $55,000 with guaranteed raises based on growth of our programs
Work Location: Primarily work from home, with travel to program locations and promotional events throughout Lake, Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties
About Us:
Amazing Athletes is the leading youth sports program dedicated to delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a love of sports in children aged 1-12. We are expanding in Central Florida and looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Administration: Oversee regional programming, build class schedules, and manage day-to-day operations.
- Business Development & Marketing: Identify growth opportunities, build relationships with schools and community centers, and execute local marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Take the lead on managing budgets, reviewing P&L, and handling accounts payable/receivable.
- Customer Service: Ensure top-notch customer service standards and handle inquiries and escalations.
- Staff Management: Spearhead staff meetings, performance reviews, and seasonal Kick-Off meetings.
- Coaching: Deliver high-quality instruction using our Amazing Athletes curriculum (as needed).
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm with a 30-minute daily lunch break
- Occasional Saturday mornings as needed, 8:30am-11:30am (equivalent time off is taken during the week whenever Saturday mornings are worked)

Requirements

- Previous experience in a problem-solving and dynamic role.
- Previous experience working with children, and an excitement to enrich their days!
- Passion for sports and youth development.
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to program sites across Central Florida as needed
- We'd love for the person we hire to have the ability to communicate in English plus one (or both) of Spanish/Portuguese. However, you still might be a great fit for this position even if you don't meet this requirement!
