Business Development Manager - Midlands and North UK

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for driving growth and efficiency? Do you have a proven track record of driving sales in materials handling?

Due to continued growth, I am seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to strengthen the sales team of a market leading pipe racking systems manufacturer covering the Midlands and Northern UK. Experience serving manufacturing and assembly clients within automotive, aerospace, electronics, engineering manufacture, medical equipment industries would be ideal.

The Package:

£50k base plus £24k OTE
Car Allowance
As an employee owned business you will also be eligible for an additional yearly bonusKey Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand market presence
Foster relationships with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Work in collaboration with the team to develop the best solutions for customers
Manage the activities of technical sales engineers reporting directly to youRequirements:

Proven track record in business development, with a focus on material handling systems.
Strong knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Based in the Midlands or North of the UK with willingness to travel as needed.
You will have a good understanding if manufacturing and assembly operations
