We are renowned nationwide training provider specialising in empowering individuals to manage challenging behaviour in the workplace. We believe in a world where everyone has the right to feel safe and confident at work.  We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our growing, collaborative team working in Ipswich.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be an integral part of ensuring our customers receive top quality service.  Your day-to-day duties will involve handling any customer enquiries and assisting them with product information via phone, email, and in person, therefore excellent written and verbal communication is required for this role. You will also demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficient IT skills when maintaining customer records and the CRM database. As well as this, you must be able to work well independently and collaborate with others.

Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:

A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
Confidence and ability to show initiative
Capacity to prioritise and manage own workload
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills

This role is full-time working 37.5 hours a week where you will be working 8:30am – 5:00pm.  On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus 28 days annual leave, 3 days Christmas shut down and bank holidays, company away days, a pension scheme, and free parking!
