Job Description:
They are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified graduate to join the Mathematics Department. Applications from Early Career Teachers are welcome. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a new classroom situated in the relatively new Winthrop Young building. We encourage involvement in the extensive extracurricular life of our busy boarding and day school.
Department Overview:
The Mathematics Department consists of three full-time staff members, including the HOD, and one part-timer. The successful candidate will teach a varied timetable up to and including IB Standard Level or A-level Mathematics. The department provides mathematics teaching for the International Study Centre on-site and closely collaborates with the Learning Support Department. We accept a comprehensive intake from various mathematical backgrounds and nationalities, ensuring students are taught in small ability sets (maximum of 22 in a group).

Has a passion for teaching Maths to GCSE students.
Han plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
Has excellent knowledge of Business Studies and current assessment practice.
Is committed to promoting outstanding behaviour and creating a learning culture.
Is willing to take an active role in school life, especially our extra-curricular activities.
