Are you a motivated and experienced Orthopaedic ODP or Scrub Practitioner looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Orthopaedic ODP/Scrub Nurse for our client, a leading independent hospital group in the UK. As an Orthopaedic ODP/Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

Assessing patients’ health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
Assisting in delivering care tailored to meet patient needs.
Promoting best practices and contributing to quality improvements.
Collecting, collating, and organising data, interpreting information to make justifiable assessments.
Developing a working environment that enhances health, safety, security, and infection control.

As an Orthopaedic ODP/Scrub Practitioner, you will receive:

A Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with orthopaedic scrub experience.
A team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient across a range of skills with professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration/practitioner qualification.This role could be a great fit for you if you have experience or interest in similar roles such as Orthopaedic Nurse, Operating Department Practitioner, Theatre Nurse, Scrub Nurse, or Orthopaedic ODP.
