Interaction Recruitment are working with a Supported Living Support Service to recruit a Registered Manager. This is an exciting role that has become available.

We are looking for a Registered Manager with experience supporting service users with Learning Disabilities and behaviours that challenge.

Our service is a welcoming, supportive and stimulating residential service for people with Learning Disabilities and support needs to live fulfilling lives.

As the Registered Manager of this Supported Living home, your responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting quality checks, audits, and mentoring to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the team.
Developing and reviewing care plans to a high standard, ensuring responsible individuals complete their work with excellence.
Ensuring compliance and audit systems are maintained through close collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team.
Safeguarding the well-being of residents through an effective governance system.
Rota management to ensure smooth staffing operations.
Cultivating positive working relationships with staff and management.
Safe management of risks within the home.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Build positive relationships with local community groups and wider groups across 
Collaborating with healthcare professionals, relatives, operations management.
The ideal person for this Supported Living service, Registered manager position, will need to be: 

Experienced in working in and managing services, for Adults with Learning Disabilities and behaviours that challange.
Have completed Level 5 in Health & Social care
Ideally based locally
Have a good understanding of activities & local community groups
Someone who has got Good CQC knowledge and experience.
