Founded 10 years ago, my client is an IT consultancy that has rapidly grown, earning a stellar reputation with large Finnish customers. They specialize in long-term projects across both the public and private sectors. With offices in Helsinki and Tampere, their team is dedicated to providing exceptional services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct thorough test reporting, including tracking defects and ensuring they are resolved.
Create final test reports that summarize testing activities and outcomes.
Assist in performance testing to ensure systems meet required performance benchmarks.
Support test automation efforts by identifying suitable test cases for automation.
Coordinate and supervise all testing activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.Required experience:

Finnish language fluency.
Proven experience in the public sector, demonstrating an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated project experience as a Test Manager in projects with at least 6 stakeholders.
Strong background in various testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with test management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium).What they can offer YOU:
