Cnc Miller

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with our Consett based client in their search for a permanent CNC Miller to join their team. Our client is a leading specialist in reverse engineering of rotating equipment, servicing clients through the UK and globally.
Reporting directly to the machine shop supervisor, the CNC miller will be directly responsible for the production of components from drawings, using Mazak machines.
Experience required:
* Working to tolerances up to 0.02mm
* Competent with metric and imperial measurements
* Time served CNC Miller with Mazak programming experience essential.
* Horizontal borer experience with Fagor controls would be advantageous but not essential.
Working pattern:
* Probationary Period
* Monday to Thursday 0730 to 1600
* Friday 0730 to 1230
After probation, Millers will move onto a 2-shift pattern.
Day shift:
* Monday to Thursday (Apply online only)
* Friday (Apply online only)
Back shift:
* Monday to Wednesday 1345 to 2345
* Thursday (Apply online only)
Package
* Higher rate is OT rate
* 25% shift allowance
* 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
* Radius allowance payable based on cummute to work miles
* Pension 3% company contribution
