Are you passionate about making a real difference in the community? We're on the lookout for a part-time Community Contact Assistant to join our client in the Clackmannanshire area on a fixed-term basis until March 2025.

Key information:

20 hours per week - Flexible on days and times
Location: Clackmannanshire - The client supports hybrid/home-working
Predominantly phone call orientated - No cold calling
Immediate start available if successful at the interview stage
In this position, you will be connecting with those in the community to ensure they have access to essential services and programs. You'll schedule, confirm, and follow up with them, helping them take full advantage of courses and workshops that can change their lives. Your contribution will be instrumental in enhancing their engagement throughout their journey, and by capturing their feedback, you'll help the wider team make changes to enhance the services available to the community.

Key Tasks Include:

- Reaching out and arranging client appointments.

- Ensuring attendance of clients at various courses.

- Keeping accurate records of interactions and appointments.

- Gathering data to track engagement and report on outcomes.

- Providing heartfelt service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

We Need Someone With:

- A knack for engaging with people via telephone and email

- Organisational skills that keep everything ticking along nicely.

- A grip on CRM systems – you're tech-savvy enough to track details accurately.

- A self-motivated attitude to your workload
