***Paid to scale: M1 - M6 (£154 - £212 per day)

***QTS (Qualified Teacher Status required) - Open to ECT

Energetic and self-reflective teacher, inspiring and motivated
Skilled in precise assessment usage
Capable of adapting teaching to suit all student strengths and needs
Possesses excellent subject and curriculum understanding
Displays a flexible, proactive demeanour
Maintains effective behaviour management for a respectful learning environment
Demonstrates outstanding communication
