Management Accountant
Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid Working – 3 days on site)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Management Accountant will have full responsibility for financial reporting, management, and statutory accounting
for standalone business units within the division. They will also work closely with the Finance Business Partnering team to
obtain appropriate insight into the business performance, driving insightful analysis, with an aim to build up commercial
and operational knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate, complete, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual relevant reporting, including
reconciliations, management packs, business reviews, and tax and audit packs in accordance with US GAAP and
Group accounting policies
* Produce flash reports as required.
* Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to obtain appropriate insight into the business performance, driving insightful analysis
* Manages the reconciliation of the stock ledger, maintaining the integrity and relevant provisions, supported by calculations
* Perform appropriate journal entries ensuring GL reconciliations are timely and accurate.
* Perform assurance and control responsibilities for financial performance, ensuring adequate review and reconciliations, including sub-ledger to GL reconciliations
* Work with the senior finance management team to drive process efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced, changing working environment
* Demonstrate an ability to identify and resolve problems
* Strong communication skills
* Adaptable, resilient, and ambitious to develop and progress in your career
