This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in Estate Agency to advance their career in a thriving company with the support of an experienced management team.
What's On Offer
* Basic Salary - £23,500
* Bonus Scheme (£27,500 - £28,000)
* Hybrid Working (ideally 2 days p/wk in the office)
* Full-Time Hours - Mon to Fri - 09:00am to 17:00pm

The Job
* Sales Progression: Facilitate sales through to completion including all administrative duties
* Communication: Liaise with Solicitors, Estate Agents and their customers
* Progress Updates: Ensure all parties are up to date with progress
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports; includes property sales
* Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with clients
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service
What You'll Need
* Passion for the property industry
* Experience working in estate agency
* A solid understanding of the sales progression process
