Service & Maintenance Coordinator

£26,000

Fully Remote

Thursday - Sunday (4 days per week)

Our client has experienced substantial growth and as a result they are looking for a Service & Maintenance Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

Your hours of work will be:

Thursday & Friday - 8am-7pm

Saturday - 8:30am - 6pm

Sunday - 8:30am - 4pm

Training will take place in head office which is in Earls Barton, Northampton.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Planning service engineers works and routes
Passing service and maintenance calls to engineers and/or subcontractors
Assist in logging all reactive and maintenance calls
Answer the service desk phones and deal with service and maintenance enquiries
Chase parts and update the system
Obtain all permits required to work on customers sites
Ensure all relevant information relating to the job is recorded on the system
Ensure all paperwork has been returned within 48 hours following completion of a job and upload to the system
Ensure subcontractors log on and off all customer portals

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to learn and develop skills quickly.
Clear, open, and honest communication.
Flexible approach.
Great customer service skills, positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
Able to work a fixed shift of Thursday to Sunday as stated above.
