TeamJobs have an exciting opportunity for an Access Wellbeing Service Coordinator to join a local company delivering wellbeing hubs, across Dorset.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients' services by providing comprehensive administrative support.

£26,000 - £28,000
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Full Time - PermanentMain Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed.
Organise and manage events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Regularly update and maintain internal systems and databases.
Provide technical support to the team, ensuring all case recordings are completed and updated for reporting purposes.
Oversee office health and safety protocols.
Track and record team attendance, including managing leave and absence arrangements.
Liaise closely with Partners to ensure accurate records and smooth collaboration.Whilst this role does not involve any direct case work, this role does have some face-to-face contact and telephone calls with customers. This requires the ability to speak to vulnerable people, sometimes in challenging circumstances.

What we require from you:

Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with office software and database management.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable. INDCP
