We are working with a well known Polymer Production company with their Extrusion and Production Operative positions in Hartlepool .
Duties will include
* Operate the equipment as trained.
* Report any equipment issues to the management and maintenance team immediately.
* Maintain the working environment to the recognized acceptable standards at all times.
* Ensure the daily performance and stoppage reports are completed accurately and returned as required.
* Ensure the KPI (key performance Indicator) targets are met and where possible surpassed.
* Work collaboratively with the team including colleagues from all shifts.
* Show flexibility by working on multiple areas when asked to undergo the relevant training.
* Work to strict health and safety procedures
EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND
Experience in one of the following disciplines would be desirable
* Extrusion operative
* Wash line Operative
* Baler Operative
* Sorting line Operative (Picking)
* FLT loading containers
* FLT clamp truck operative
* Bobcat or bucket shovel driver
* Excellent English, written and oral (essential)
Shifts- Days- 12 hour shift
Salary between £10.72 and £12.40 per hour depending on Job role
