Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
Ensuring all your residents are provided with the highest standards of care, and doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team.
Whilst always prioritising the above, the job holder must also ensure their home’s profitability, to maximise the money available to reinvest in improving their home, the company’s other homes.
To purchase additional under-performing homes, as part of its mission to improve elderly care in the United Kingdom.Home Manager Requirements:
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Deputy Manager of a residential / nursing home
 NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7 (or a registered nurse)
Must understand the Health and Social Care Act 2012, Care Act 2014 and CQC Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and Regulated activities of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014
Full Driving Licence
 Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
 Must live 20 miles of Care Home and / or within 30minutes drive per google maps.
Desirable:
NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7

Salary: £43,500-£54,500 plus a 15% SMART objectives-based bonus paid quarterly
