Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trades person to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work on various social housing projects within a 10-mile radius of Walsall, performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of trades including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating.
Diagnose and rectify faults across different trades efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with tenants and colleagues in a professional manner.
Complete all necessary documentation and reports related to work carried out.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a multi-trades role, preferably within the social housing sector.
Strong skills in at least three of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, decorating, and electrical work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid UK driving license.
Own tools and reliable transport (MUST BE A VAN).
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
TEMP TO PERM WORK AVAILABLE
Monday- Friday 40 hours a week.
