Position: Children's Home Registered Manager

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Are you a dedicated and experienced leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We're seeking a talented Registered Manager to oversee our 4-bed mixed home in the beautiful area of West Bedford.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide effective leadership and management to ensure the smooth running of the children's home.

* Create a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people in care.

* Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.

* Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care staff to deliver high-quality support.

* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.

* Build positive relationships with external stakeholders including local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower your team.

* A commitment to providing the highest standards of care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Relevant qualifications in social care or a related field (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
