This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to work as a number 2 to a Design Lead on a major commercial scheme in central London with a value of £150m.
Requirements for the Design Manager role
Experience working in a Design Management role with a Leading main contractor
Experience working on commercial projects
Experience with Fit out packages (desirable)
Construction relate qualification
