What you'll need:
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering a great experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to up-sell products.
Ideally, a background in vehicle parts sales (commercial vehicle, truck, trailer, LCV, HGV, PSV, off-highway, or car parts).
Experience with electronic parts catalogue software and/or parts look-up software is a plus.What you'll be doing:
As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will handle a variety of enquiries, build lasting relationships, process orders, and manage the trade counter.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales and margin targets.
Ensure accurate stock control.
Advise customers on the correct parts and products for the best value.
Up-sell related products from approved suppliers.
