ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a lovely Special Educational Needs school we collaborate closely with in Telford. This role entails working with primary-aged students with moderate needs.

Role Overview:

Engage with students individually and in small groups within classroom settings.
Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, establishing positive relationships with students.
This is a full-time, long-term position starting in April, with ongoing availability.

The school caters to primary students with moderate needs such as ASD, ADHD along with associated needs.
With a warm community ethos, the staff are deeply committed to supporting students to achieve their potential.
Conveniently located in Telford, easily accessible by public transport.
Candidate Requirements:

Have strong behavior management skills
Possess prior experience working with children and young people with moderate educational needs.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively connect with students.
Be able to provide suitable references and undergo a DBS check.
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
