Key Account Manager (f/m)

Aufgaben
- Key Account Generation: Creating new B2B key accounts by segmenting and contacting existing leads of pharm-analyt
- Key Account Management: Maintaining the accounts generated
- Presenting: At the client or at conferences
- Reporting: Of travels and contacts at pharm-analyt

Experience
- Sales Experience: Experience in selling B2B services is mandatory
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience in key account management, client retention and customer support is mandatory
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or CRO work is highly beneficial
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences is highly beneficial
- Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies is beneficial
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields
- Additional education in Business or Sales is a big plus
- Training in Analytical Instrumentation is a plus
