Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation based in Chelmsford, Essex. You will be tasked with the following,
- Purpose of this role is to ensure that all processes in the sales team are adhered to, this will be done via auditing and sampling the work that is being carried out.
- You will assist in ensuring the standards set for the sales team are met, including phone calls, e-mails, opportunities followed through. Putting in place improvements for any gaps that are found.
- Proven experience and knowledge of Word, Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Facilitating communication between company and customers.
- Assisting with selling company-specific services to customers by demonstrating how those services will improve their business.
