Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our team in Didcot. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for a 360 role. Selective deal with many sectors Commercial, Driving, Industrial, healthcare to mention a few.
Duties
* Business development via a range of methods to include direct sales as well as online and offline engagement
* Generating sales leads via research and networking
* Supporting clients through the recruitment process, providing sound industry knowledge and guidelines
* Successful Account Management of new and existing clients to foster strong relationships
* Candidate sourcing utilising a range of methods to include job boards, advertising and headhunting techniques
* Registering and interviewing candidates, both over the telephone and face-to-face
Qualifications
* Previous experience recruitment.
* Strong knowledge of sectors
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday plus oncall
Experience:
* Recruitment: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
