Performance Optimisation Technical Coach

Southern Housing is seeking a talented candidate to join us as a Performance Optimisation Technical Coach in our Customer Transactions department.

You will be an experienced coach, having had previous experience of delivering training on technically complex subjects. As part of this role you’ll work collaboratively within the Performance Optimisation Team and with other stakeholders to deliver a learning framework for the Customer Transactions Directorate. You will be part of a team of coaches responsible for delivering induction training to new starters, helping to embed company values. You will coach and support in the continuous improvement of adviser performance, you will lead in providing technical training for our Customer Accounts and Service Charge Teams.

This is a hybrid position working out of our office in Croydon and will also involve travel to our development schemes.

What you need

* Understanding and/or knowledge of Service Charges including relevant legislation, and Service Charge Team processes

* Understanding and/or knowledge of, relevant legislation, Notice of Seeking Possession and Customer Accounts Processes

* Excellent facilitation, training and presentation skills

* Strong understanding of Southern Service, our HEART values and standards

* Strong understanding of our systems and processes

* Already have or be willing to work towards an ILM level 5 coaching qualification.
