Electrical Contract Manager

BRIEF OVERVIEW

Leading company that provides electrical work and building services who has been in the industry for close to a century is urgently looking for an Electrical Contract Manager with Estimating experience to be based in New Eltham.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Regularly engage with clients on-site to provide quotes, promote services, and expand business opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive electrical management and estimating tasks as necessary.
Collaborate with engineers to establish and maintain control over labour costs for electrical maintenance and small projects.
Take charge of all facets of electrical projects and minor works, from inception to final account settlement and resolution of defects.
Implement value engineering strategies at the project's outset to optimize profitability.
Compile material lists for procurement purposes.
Coordinate with finance to finalize project valuation accounts and ensure accuracy.
Supervise and manage variation accounts throughout project lifecycles.
Oversee projects from their initial stages through to final account reconciliation.
Cultivate strong client relationships to foster repeat business, a vital metric in our business model.
Participate in pre-tender interviews and contract-related meetings.
Adhere strictly to company policies and employment guidelines.
Maintain compliance with the company's Health and Safety protocols.
Strive to attain maximum profitability for the organization.

SALARY PACKAGE

Salary: £50,000k - £60,000 per year
