Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference and contribute to a safe, affordable, and environmentally sustainable energy supply in the UK? Our client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their dynamic and inclusive team.

Start ASAP, duration 6 months, pay £16-£17ph, hybrid Model - required in the office 1 day a week based in Canary Wharf, Hours: Monday-Friday, 34.75 hours a week 9am - 5pm with an early finish on a Friday. Due to the nature of the client, you are required to go through a DBS clearance ahead of starting.

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and management of staff within our client's professions office. Your administrative skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of people-related processes and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to HR Business partners, assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and other Professions offices to facilitate seamless people-related administration and processes.
Collate and maintain data and management information for analysis and decision-making, highlighting trends across the profession.
Coordinate and support the performance management process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Foster diversity and inclusivity within the team, promoting effective team behaviour.Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in a fast-paced HR administration role.
Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office (especially Excel).
Highly organised and skilled in prioritisation.
