Factory Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Factory Manager who will be very present on the shopfloor with direct operator reports.
What you will do;
* Overseeing manufacturing and production processes
* Executing daily, weekly and monthly production schedules
* Improving performance volumes and increasing productivity
* Ensuring on time delivery
* Train and develop production staff
* Monitor and improve standards and quality control
What you will bring;
* Manufacturing experience at a supervisory/manager level
* Strong people management skills
* Good manufacturing knowledge
* Ability to identify improvements through change
* Production scheduling experience
* Safety and quality expertise
