Do you have experience working as a Business Manager?

Acorn by Synergie is looking for someone to deliver sustainable, profitable sales and profit targets for a Geographic region by creating opportunities to sell more to current clients and deliver excellent customer service whilst at the same time consistently identifying and converting prospect customers

You will be working with internal and teams to deliver to them what effective food solutions are and how they would benefit the customers.

What will the role involve?

*Work with an existing customer base, being competent and utilising most recent technology i.e. BidIQ, Power BI, to develop profitable sales growth in line with or above the sales & profit targets, E commerce and the online platform

*Identify and develop profitable business with new customers in order to increase market share and size of the market within the region.

*Ensure all Company Standards' are adhered to with evidence to support compliance

*Work with internal Specialists and external alliance partners to ensure that all opportunities to work profitably with the companie's existing and potential customer base are being utilised to meet or exceed pillar profit targets

*Communicate across the Specialist Business and other business areas (FTM and National) to ensure there is a co-ordinated company approach and activity with the customer.

*Manage the relationship with the customer and ensure all queries and issues are dealt with in order to retain the customer's long term loyalty.

*Comply with company health and safety policies

What are we looking for?

*Driven, positive, self motivated and ambitious

*Strong organisational and account management skills

*Ideally experience in a field sales role

*Relevant Sales or Business Qualification to A-Level standard or equivalent

*Experience in food and / or product sales this could be foodservice, retail or supply

*Excellent understanding of foodservice, hospitality and the catering industry

*Competent in using technology specifically Microsoft Office

*Excellent customer knowledge and contacts in order to deliver new opportunities

*Skill and experience at building strong relationships with customers

*Exceptional selling and influencing skills

*Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

What else do I need to know?

The salary for this role is £35,000 per annum plus a car allowance
33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
