Seasoned Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Manager in Grand Blanc. As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability across all company revenue streams. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends, analyzing data, and implementing revenue optimization strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail to ensure the company's financial success.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and drive profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Monitor and adjust pricing and availability strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and set pricing strategies.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and packages to drive revenue.
Conduct regular performance analysis and provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related area.
Five plus years of related experience in healthcare finance.
Crowe RCA experience, MBA or CPA is a big plus!
Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management.
Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Knowledge of revenue management systems and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
