We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of Outside Sales Representatives (Design Consultants) in two locations in Seattle, WA (Marysville & Kent). We are looking for someone who excels at fostering a team-oriented culture and possesses outstanding performance management skills.
In this position, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales success. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, with a primary focus on achieving revenue targets. Furthermore, as an advocate for our team, your involvement will be crucial in recruiting, hiring, developing, and managing the performance of our dedicated sales professionals.
Senior Sales Manager Duties:
Lead and promote a dynamic team culture
Increase sales revenue by ensuring the team is adequately equipped and staffed to achieve Net Sales objectives
Take responsibility for fostering the growth and development of team members by closely monitoring their progress towards meeting performance goals
Participate actively in ride-alongs with team members to continuously improve performance
Efficiently manage and monitor projects that have been cancelled, taking necessary actions to retain customers
Prior experience in managing a large Outside Sales team, preferably in the direct-to-consumer industry
Requirements
3-5 years of experience managing a large Outside Sales team
Proven track record in inspiring and leading large teams
Previous sales experience within the direct to consumer industry.
Experience mentoring and developing Outside Sales Representatives
