• You support the teams in scaling and take advantage of cross-functional, multi-national and multi-location teams
• You promote transparency in all areas
• You recognize and eliminate obstacles and conflicts early
• You optimize the application of the Scrum framework and communicate agile values and principles
• You support the developers and product owners in the effective development of innovative software applications and components

What should you bring along?

• You identify impediments early and cater a good solution finding
• You see the different perspectives of all stakeholders
• You have very good moderation skills and enjoy working with people in technically challenging subject areas
• You have very good knowledge of English and knowledge of German
• You understand the fundamental values and principles of agile and lean thinking
• You have multiple years of experience in working with and supporting an agile team as a scrum master
