Requirements:
Completed secondary school education with very good PC and hardware knowledge
- Basic network and computer science skills

Responsibilities:
Learning as an IT specialist: system integration
- Setting up, configuring, managing, and maintaining clients, mobile devices, servers, printers, and other hardware
- Providing first and second-level support, handling helpdesk requests via a modern ticket system
- Working with virtualized servers in the Microsoft environment
- Supporting IT applications
- Providing IT support to users, analyzing and implementing customer requirements
- Implementing IT security requirements
