In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating digitalization projects, collaborating with various stakeholder groups, and driving self-initiated projects to enhance the user experience. You will play a key role in expanding the use of AssignmentPro in our E2E process Mobility Services and identifying automation potential for process optimization.
- Coordinate digitization projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders from different teams.
- Take ownership of self-initiated projects aimed at improving the user experience and streamlining processes.
- Expand the utilization of AssignmentPro within the E2E process Mobility Services, exploring its full potential and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Identify automation potential in our processes and work towards its implementation to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Assume responsibility for the configuration and design or reports in AssignmentPro.
- Control the training programs for AssignmentPro, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Foster sustainable empowerment of stakeholders as key users of AssignmentPro.
- bachelor's degree, ideally with a computer science or economics background or equivalent practical experience
- proven experience in project coordination, particularly in digitization or process improvement initiatives
- strong knowledge and understanding of AssignmentPro or similar tools
- demonstrated ability to independently drive projects and deliver results
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- analytical mindset with the ability to identify automation opportunities and drive process optimization
- proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 45.000 - 49.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
