Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification
- Expertise in one of the specified SAP modules
- Proven experience in customer consulting, requirement management, and customization
- Good knowledge of logistical SAP processes and project management
- Willingness to familiarize oneself with additional SAP modules
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
Providing competent support to our clients and demonstrating expertise in consultancy and 2nd + 3rd level support
- Maintaining a focus on customer requirements and ensuring continuous development of our customer solutions
- Easily creating realization concepts and handling activities such as customization, documentation, and development project setups
- Effectively contributing expertise to projects, designing customer workshops, and confidently conducting them
