Your Role and Responsibility: Our Client Data Management and Online Banking team (CDM & OB) offers a central support to our Relationship Managers located in Luxembourg and our branches in France, Portugal and the Netherlands. The team ensures that all client data, online banking requests and account conditions are set-up and maintained in the back-end systems ensuring a high quality service to our internal and external clients. A university degree or above You have 4-6 years working experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally with exposure to Private Banking and Investment Funds in an international environment Experience with onboarding funds and private banking clients as well as in-depth know-how regarding the account management lifecycle, related formalities and financial documents You are able to work under tight deadlines in a high velocity environment You are solution oriented, enthusiastic and able to prioritize effectively Flexibility, dedication and a strong sense of ownership describe your work ethics Service and customer orientation paired with a high degree of reliability is a must You present excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS office tools (Outlook, Excel etc.) Fluent in English; German and/or French would be a considerable asset Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
