We at WorkLyf Group are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client in the automotive industry based in Trentham for a 10 month contract to cover maternity leave.
The job will involve:-
* Chasing customers for paperwork and proofs
* Processing incoming post, checking contracts, submitting them to funders
* Chasing dealers and suppliers for information, due dates, regs / chassis numbers
* Looking after in life customer queries
Key Skills:-
* Must be happy to speak with customers on the phone / suppliers and deal with challenging conversations.

* Personable
Hours:-
Monday - Friday - 8:45 - 5:30 with 1 hour for lunch
