Excellent opportunity for a Site Operations Manager to join an established & rapidly expanding heavy engineering specialist and run their flagship facility in the UK.
This is a fully autonomous role overseeing a multimillion-pound site with significant involvement in strategy as the company goes from strength to strength.
An ideal applicant with be an Operations Manager with a background in the environmental services, heavy engineering, quarrying or similar sector, and a diverse technical background with excellent leadership abilities.
The company themselves operate from 8 sites in the UK, turnover £500million+ per annum and are renowned for their development & retention of staff. Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee their flagship facility.
In this role you will be a large and profitable site with approx. 120 staff. You will oversee the day-to-day operations and work closely with the Group Operations Director on further growth & investment strategy, whilst coaching, mentoring, & developing the middle management team.

*Overseeing manufacturing strategy, CI, CAPEX, production etc.
*Driving continuous improvements wherever possible
*Fully autonomous role reporting to Group Operations Director
