Supply Chain Planner

In this position you will be part of the supply chain team responsible for supply planning and inventory management. You will work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to develop supply plans that align with demand forecasts and production capacity.

Description

Inventory Management:

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimise inventory levels while minimising excess and obsolete stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Supply Planning and Coordination:

• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to develop supply plans that align with demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and quality metrics to ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
• Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and minimise impact on operations.
