You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with administrative tasks for their assigned customer set;
- Engaging in regular meetings with European Customer Operations teams to understand their future needs and collaborate with them;
- Cultivating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, both internally and externally;
- Aiding in resolving EDI backlog and errors in SAP for customer orders;
- Supporting in management of orders and inquiries;
- Generating replacements and credits for products in SAP and the B2B Portal for Retailers;
- Addressing Customer Complaints forms;
- Performing any necessary ad-hoc administrative tasks;
- Responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and written skills in English and German;
- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Strong attention to detail and result driven;
- Order & backlog management experience;
- Customer satisfaction oriented;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Strong team player and relationship builder;
- Experience in SAP or another ERP system.
