Recruitment Consultant – Hall Green, Birmingham
Brookes HC Recruitment are going through an exciting period of growth and as such have a new vacancy within our office team
As a Recruitment Consultant you will take full responsibility of a 360 desk including but not limited to:
* Performing both Warm and Cold Calling
* Booking and attending regular client meetings
* Working both Permanent and Temporary Roles
* Sourcing candidates and building your own candidate network
* Bringing new clients into the business by navigating different sales techniques
* Maintaining existing relationships
* Effectively utilise the CRM System
The right candidate for this role will:
* Experienced in 360 recruitment
* Have a demonstrable back ground in placements and sales
* Able to work effectively within a small office team
* Can maintain high activity and navigate effective people management
* Strong administration skills
This role offers:
* Working week of Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm
