Position Overview:
I am looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations in the East Midlands (mental health, housing, substance misuse services). The Regional Manager will lead and coordinate our programs, manage staff, foster community partnerships, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of their services.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve organisational goals in alignment with our mission and values.
Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the community.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and support a team of staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and commissioners to support program sustainability and growth.
Financial Management: Manage regional budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish systems for monitoring and evaluating program outcomes and impact, making adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on regional activities, achievements, and challenges for organisational leadership and commissioners.

Qualifications:

NVQ in Health and Social Care or a similar qualification
UK Driving License
Proven experience in non-profit management, program development, and staff supervision, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the social, economic, and cultural dynamics of the region, as well as the challenges faced by the communities we serve.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make sound decisions.
Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, partners, and commissioners.
