Senior Structural Engineer
Our client is a national engineering design consultancy based across the East Midlands. They are known for progressing and investing in their staff to provide their clients technical excellence across their wide range of projects.
They are looking to add experienced structural engineers to their already established team of engineers and technicians, who can use their expertise within structural design and engineering.
Responsibilities:
* Produce structural calculations and design for various projects.
* Ability to undertake hand calculations and read spreadsheets.
* Demonstrate ability to use latest 3D Modelling software in concrete and steelwork. (Tekla, TEDDS, RAM, Revit, AutoCAD).
* Producing clear and practical design sketches to be passed to structural technicians.
* Effective communication with internal and external design teams.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience.
